Hello,
I’m Min-seo Jeong, founder of Pyeongchang Kkotsuni.

In 2009, I moved to Pyeongchang to dedicate myself to making truly authentic kimchi.
The journey was not easy, but every challenge strengthened my commitment
to preserving tradition while improving flavor and quality.

Pyeongchang Kkotsuni kimchi is made using a four-generation family recipe for mustard kimchi,
passed down and refined by a certified Korean Food Master.
We use mustard made from native seeds and pumpkin grown in the clean highlands of Pyeongchang,
combined with traditional salting and fermentation techniques.
The result is a clean, balanced, and deeply satisfying flavor.

All ingredients are sourced from the “Happy 700” highland region,
and production takes place in strictly controlled hygienic facilities.
Our guiding principle—
“Consistent, Clean, and Crafted with Care”—
ensures dependable quality in every batch.

By working closely with local farmers,
we use freshly harvested vegetables grown with integrity.
Each jar of kimchi is carefully crafted,
reflecting the skill, patience, and devotion of a true artisan.
